3406 Withlacoochee Bay conditionally restricted: Closed by FDACS at all times except during supervised shellfish relay operations with approved participants. When open for relay operations, the area will be closed when Withlacoochee River discharge measured at the main gate of the dam at Inglis , Florida seven-days previous exceeds 3,262 cubic feet per second. 2,681 acres
